those that cant do drill very well make sure u go and ask people like me or shiyuan the future oc or all the zacharias de 3 ugly beasts...jking only lar... but not very chio either... make sure u all learn how to do drill even if u are standing at some place u nvr stand at b4... and shiyuan... i know u very concerned bout nicholas okay... but dont need to pressure rite... how u even know if he know there is a squad blog... u must encourage not scare and discourage hor... must be a good example for the squads under us next time when u oc le... dont worri too much bout y nicholas nvr come alwaes har... coz there are ways to solve that... i have my ways also mah... everybody is different... as long as he dont quit is good already... we pump hor is no difference de... even if nicholas beta than me hor den the ncos will also find sumting else to pump us hor... they will alwaes do that... and besides we are already short of ambulance...now after every meeting we must stay back for 5 min okay to train pumping unless is realli tooo tired... we must make squad two is proud to be our ic! and they beta be very happy to have me in squad two har...or else the squad no guy le... except khoon han and nicholas...jun sheng will leave if i not inside de... he wont haf any1 to tok to... only maybe girls...loloololololololipop
