YEAPS.
seriously miss HOYANandSHAWN.

how i wish we were back to the days when we were sqd1.
hmms.
tt's impossible. time has to pass... the world can't be just standstill forever.
in other words we can't be sqd1 forever and we can't have hoyan and shawn as our ics forever andand we can't always be the 'youngest' sqd where pple have to look after our every needs and we can't rely on others forever.
yupps.
it might be tough now but life is NEVER easy. u can't always have the easy way out.
now we're sqd2.
many of us might think it's a big change from sqd1 to sqd2. but think abt this, the sec3s isn't it even worse for them? hmmhmm.
and yah... all of us have been hearing the same thing overandoverandover again.
but tt's just the problem. we hear it alot of times le...
nothing much has changed.
sqd newsletter has been sent lots of times with the similar things written in it.
some of us might act on it and follow the sqd newsletter way.
BUT
here comes the biggest problem.
some of our sqdmates dun go online or dun have email.
then isit they forever wun know abt this? nono. CANNOT! :(
and then it's always the same few pple staying back to bond train crap etc.
same few pple who always stay tgt. hphphphp. as in not everytime.
yupps. i understand tt not everyone can be so free as to stay back everytime...
but still...
the rest of the pple leh? left-out AGAIN.
then what's the point. even if it's only ONE person it's still not a SQUAD.
it's like for example.
okay.. see it in this way. IF 16 of us very bond drill will bang tgt blah and stuff like tt, then ONE person is different, it's STILL NO USE as in so what if 16 pple are bonded can bang tgt but one person doesn't? it's still NOT TOGETHER AS A SQUAD.
anw tt's just an example. okay...
some of you may think, but tt's their problem what, they dowan to bother then why shld we care? sth along the line of tt, as in we can't do anything if they dun feel tt they want to improve or sth.WRONG THINKING.

yes there are pple who learn faster than others but tt only gives the pple opportunities to teach the rest (:

WE AS A SQUAD MUST LEARN TO DO THINGS AND PROGRESS TOGETHER (x
details sth like tt. the very detailed detail one day must meet up, FULL ATTENDANCE horrs .

now talking abt relation btwn sqd2 and sqd3.
as you all should know by now. the sqd3 are supposed to take care of us.
twelve of em isit? sth liddat forgot their strength. :/
anw less than us tt is.
so eventhough they supposingly supposed to takecare of us.
BUT
we CANNOT always RELY on em to do things
and yes we must really listen to em.
they already very can le. sqd3 life is xinku.
yeah, i know at times we just feel like ap-ing and dun give a dam abt what we are doing.
like last time the rehearsal they ask us to walk faster we still walk slowly. in the end standard ending--pumping bah.
as in not everybody. but i finally got it. even if it's just ONE tiny weany person, still will hai dao other pple.
so ending is we hai dao sqd3 x(
then also hai dao zi ji. x(
so in the end is x( + x( = x(2.. double it. or more.
then sometime small thing also go find sqd3, things tt we can settle ourself.
no doubt some of us might think tt that's what sqd3 are supposed to do what, to take care of us.
BUT they can't possibly be 24/7 by our side right?
we have to be independant dun wei tuo everything to sqd3.
nxt yr even worse got juniors le. okay.. dun wna talk abt tt now.
so anw, the moral of the 'story' is tt we can't always be relying on sqd3. and stuff like tt.
i'm sure all of us love sqd3 right? <333
hahahs. xD
so if we love them, we should make things easier for them, dun let em be so xin ku, DUN let em suffer because of us.
do our best to co-operate with em.
